I offer free shipping Australia-wide on original artworks, prints, and merchandise. I aim to ship artworks out within 7 days of purchase unless the artwork is framed then please allow up to an additional two weeks.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for limited edition prints.
International
ALL ORIGINAL ARTWORKS AND PRINTS WILL BE SHIPPED UNFRAMED AND ROLLED IN A TUBE.
Additional shipping costs may apply to some destinations. You will be advised via email should this be the case.
Please keep in mind: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes, duties or other charges incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind. In accordance with Australian export regulations, I am required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, I recommend contacting your local customs office directly.
*Please be aware that delivery times may take longer than normal for reasons out of my control.
Returns & Exchanges
I do my best to represent the colours correctly in artworks however colours you see on your computer screen or device may vary slightly from the actual artwork. Please contact me at hello@belindanadwie.com to request an actual daylight photo of the artwork for a more realistic expectation.
Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered simply for change of mind.
Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.
These will be covered by shipping insurance.
I use professional quality mediums; however all artworks are subjected to aging, you may notice colours slightly fade over the years. There are no returns for aging artwork.
PRINTS - All prints are made to order and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Returns are not available for artworks damaged during shipment.
These will be covered by shipping insurance.
If your package arrives damaged in transit please don’t worry, all our freight is insured.
Here’s what to do:
Take photos of:
The external box.
The shipping label on the box.
The damage to the artwork/frame or fault in the print.
Please send all photos to me via email hello@belindanadwie.com within 7 days of receiving your artwork so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
