A personalised commissioned painting!

1. The Artwork: The collector is commissioning artist Belinda Nadwie to paint an artwork similar to “FOREVER IN MY HEART” style and colours on stretched canvas in oil paint, ready to hang with an oak frame. Requested dimensions: 145cm w x 65cm h.

2. The Concept:  To paint a piece similar design and colours to “FOREVER IN MY HEART” in the above dimensions without orange but variations of pink instead.

3. Payment Schedule: 50% (non-refundable) deposit required prior to commencement of work and the other 50% to be paid prior to delivery

4. Delivery: Included in cost. 

5. Payment Amount: The artist and the collector agree upon the amount of $2900.00

6. Estimated Time Frame: 6 – 8 weeks approx.

7. © Copyright: Artist retains the copyright to all works commissioned by the collector that was created by artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the artist.

8. Right of Refusal: In the event that the collector does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the collector may refuse. In that case, the artist will retain the refused artwork and non- refundable deposit. This is free of any claims or interests of the collector and the collector will not owe any additional fees to the Artist. In WITNESS WHEREOF the Artist Collector have executed the agreement on the day and year written above.
