Please review the refund policy below before completing your purchase.

All sales are final. Because each piece is created with care and intention, I do not offer refunds or exchanges on original artwork, prints, commissions, or gift vouchers.

All purchases of originals and prints are non‑refundable.

Colours and textures may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I’ll work with you on a replacement (if available) or a shipping‑insurance claim.

Commissioned artwork is custom‑made and cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged.

A non‑refundable deposit is required to begin any commission.

Progress updates will be provided as agreed to ensure the artwork aligns with your vision.

Gift vouchers are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchased date.
